Before contacting us

  • Order support: Include your order number and the email address used at checkout.
  • Damaged or incorrect item: Include a short description and clear photographs where appropriate.
  • Return request: Contact us before sending anything. We provide authorization and mailing instructions; our public business address is not automatically the return address.
  • Address change or cancellation: Contact us immediately. Changes are not guaranteed once processing or shipment has begun.
  • Product question: Include the product name and the specific edition, format, or inclusion you want us to confirm.

Response expectations

Support is available Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Central European Time (CET/CEST), excluding applicable public holidays. Messages received outside those hours are reviewed during the next support period. We do not promise an immediate or same-day reply, but we aim to respond as soon as reasonably possible.

Privacy and payment safety

Do not send full card numbers, passwords, banking credentials, government identification numbers, or other unnecessary sensitive information by email or through the contact form. We will never ask you to send a card password or security code by email.
