Refund and Return Policy

Return Window All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the order being placed (not from the delivery date). Requests received after this 7-day window cannot be processed, regardless of delivery status.

How to Request a Refund To initiate a return, contact us at liam.business01@web.de with your order number and reason for return before sending any items back. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted or refunded.

Return Shipping

  • All returns must be shipped to our fulfillment center in China. The return address will be provided after your refund request has been approved.
  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, including any customs duties, taxes, or handling fees incurred during the return shipment.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit during the return.

Condition of Returned Items Items must be returned unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging with all accessories included. We reserve the right to deny refunds for items that show signs of use, damage, or missing components.

Refund Processing Once your return has been received and inspected at our facility in China, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 14 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
